License Agreement – BlvkeMusic Sample Packs
By purchasing or downloading any product from BlvkeMusic, you agree to the following license terms.
What You CAN Do
You are allowed to:
- Use all sounds, vocals, presets, MIDI files, and samples in your own music productions
- Release songs commercially on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Use the samples in monetized content
- Modify, edit, chop, pitch, stretch, and process the sounds
- Use the samples royalty-free in your productions
What You CANNOT Do
You are NOT allowed to:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or repackage the sample pack or any included files
- Upload the original files to other sample websites, marketplaces, Discord servers, or Google Drives
- Claim the original vocals or samples as your own standalone product
- Use the vocals or samples for AI training datasets or voice cloning
- Sell the sounds as NFTs or standalone audio products
- Create another sample pack using BlvkeMusic content
Vocal Usage
All vocals included in this pack are provided under a non-exclusive royalty-free license.
You do NOT need to:
- Credit BlvkeMusic
- Add BlvkeMusic as a featured artist
- Share royalties or publishing
However:
- The vocals may also be used by other producers
- Exclusive ownership is NOT included unless explicitly stated
Copyright & Ownership
All original sounds, vocals, branding, artwork, and pack content remain the intellectual property of BlvkeMusic.
Purchasing this pack gives you a license to use the content — not ownership of the raw files themselves.
