By purchasing any product from BlvkeMusic, you agree to the following license terms. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
What You Get
Each BlvkeMusic purchase grants you a non-exclusive, lifetime, royalty free commercial license to use the purchased content in your music productions. This license is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
What You Can Do
- Use the samples in unlimited personal and commercial music projects
- Release music containing BlvkeMusic samples on all major platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Amazon Music, and more
- Sell beats and productions that include BlvkeMusic samples
- Use the samples in sync placements for TV, film, commercials, video games, and other media
- Use the samples in an unlimited number of tracks and albums — forever
- No credit or attribution required
- No royalty payments — ever
What You Cannot Do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original sample files with third parties
- Upload the files to other sample platforms, libraries, or file-sharing services
- Use the samples for AI training datasets or generative AI tools
- Sell or mint the files as NFTs or digital assets
- Claim ownership of the original audio recordings
- Transfer or sublicense this license to another person
Ownership
BlvkeMusic retains full ownership and copyright of all original audio recordings. This license grants you the right to use the content — it does not transfer copyright to you.
Streaming & Content ID
All BlvkeMusic samples are cleared for use on streaming platforms and are not registered with Content ID systems. You will not receive copyright strikes or monetization blocks for using our samples in your releases.
